He really wasnt against testing. unlimited (daily) urine test up until the day of the fight and blood tests until before 21 (18) days before the fight.

he's willing to do the random test lately because he really wanted the floyd fight.

I think Roach and Pac know what they are doing, why take the high risk high profile fight that you may lose now when you can take lower risk fights that will generate millions leading up to your final days when you can agree take the fight make the most you have ever made and not have to worry what people will say when you lose, in other words this is simply a case of good match making and smart business decisions.

Floyd went on Vacation sure, its good for fighters to do that every now and then enjoy life a bit especially when you got kids.
Nobody priced themselves out of the fight, Floyd just feels he is worth more, Manny had an opportunity to get it right the first time and elected not to whos fault is that?
Everything was agreed on at 50/50 split in the early going, the only thing Floyd requested was testing, and Manny declined to agree to that. his fault not Floyds.
The entire world knew then as we know now that Floyd will never offer a even split Pacquiao had received a very rare offer from Floyd and in return Floyd asked that he participate in random testing.... Manny dropped the ball got bad advice from Arum and Roach.

 

Manny because he beat past prime,weakened fighters feel he should get what Floyd gets,that's b.s. First it is the test,now it's a money issue.. $40,000,000 is a lot,and in the Phillipines is 2-3 times that,he would be one of the richest guys in the Phillipines..

As rich as Floyd is,he does not even crack the top 100 in the Us,not only that Manny can make more in a rematch...I think it is just a timing thing,they are looking to make that Pac's last fight cause they know he has a very good chance of losing..
