    Watching boxnation this morning - they'd created a new trail with upcoming fights with Buffer voiceover (so probably done when he came into the studio the other day).

    They listed a couple of screens of upcoming fights, and at the bottom of the second screen had Cleverly vs Hopkins listed (blink and you'll miss it).

    Maybe a provisional deal has been signed?

    It wont happen, Hopkins might be past it but Cleverly is really not very good.

    He will be protected as much as Frank can manage

    IIRC the BBBofC don't card foreign fighters over 40 who don't hold a world title so it could be an LBF card...?

    Not gonna happen ever IMO anyway

    Someone on another forum (more a football one but in the Boxing thread) posted last week that Cleverly was fighting in New York in October...

    I can't see Allegedly letting Clev fight in the States.

    Against the right opponent he'd look awesome, and no doubt have his head turned.

    Think they fancy the Shumenov fight in Vegas, announcement on a next Clev is expected in the next two weeks

    Can't see it, Cleverly doesn't do anything better than Hopkins even at his age (apart from better work rate)
