Im so sick of this "He should retire" ****.

    Kahn gets knocked out and I keep seeing these "he should just retire" comments.....just shut the **** up already. He has a huge following and is only 25, if he works hard he could easily bounce back. Tommy Hearns, Terry Norris, Lennox lewis, even Wlad ect have all been knocked the **** out, and we saw what they were still able to do afterwards. Kahn took a massive shot he didn't see coming on his neck/behind the ear. . . . That **** will take your legs right away from you, no matter who you are.... glass jaw or not.

    Garcia is from my hometown and have been watching him come up so of course I was rooting for him, but there is no reason to put down Kahn, he came in to fight and ended up losing...it happens. Boxing fans need to lose this bull**** mentality of calling fighters bums after a loss or even worse saying they should retire.

    but honestly if Khan doesnt make any serious changes he effectively should retire. He cant be deluded the public and his fanbase into making himslf out to be a superstar.

    Fighting at this level of competition, Khan simply isnt cut out and for his own health he should be told to hang them up.

    Yea obviously I don't think he is good as them, but i was using them as an example of fighter who have been ko'd and still were able to come back strong. No matter how good a fighter is, the second he gets Ko'd he is now declared a glass jawed hype job.

    Wlad has a **** chin.....And look what he has done.

    But lets be for real man, a missive shot behind the ear like that can put down anybody. I remember when Taylor drilled Pavlik with a shot behind the ear in the first fight and was enough to put Pav on ***** street and on the canvas, and every one knows Pavlik is far from having a glass jaw.

    Wlad has the size, and tools that Khan lacks.

    Honestly, what's so special about Khan?

    Even his speed is overrated.

    His chin was there to be hit all night, he was no different tonight to the Peterson fight. He gets caught up trying to trade bombs. His chin is not up to world class boxing, end of story.

    Should he stay and fight at the highest level he will have to hit and run/hold, nobody wants to see that :-(

    Well his chin isn't getting any better NOR is his defense, which is the biggest thing. Cotto, Barrera, Delahoya had shakier chins starting out but as they grew and matured in skill, their punch resistance and ability to see shots coming did as well

    Khan so far is still as lost as he was back in 2008.

    Khan is nearly 26. He's no longer 20. He's not changing at this point. His groupies need to accept that.
