i knew d-swift was gonna ko khan last night(even won a good chunk of money) but kenny bayless was shitty last night....when danny dropped him the first time there was 38 seconds left in the round and kenny gave khan 19 seconds from when he hit the mat to recover...that **** was foul and the fight shoulve been over...all u so called boxing fans that said danny got lucky dont know **** about boxing...khan is 4 ROUND FIGHTER who fights dirty when the going gets tough...he has been saved before by refs and im glad danny got the job done...danny was patient and making shots count from the first round til the 4th...cut wasnt from a punch but a headbutt...khan still felt that he was robbed by the ref lol ****ing sore loser...:huh.....left hook is khans kryptonite and its always been there, just wasnt exposed til last night...boricuas got heart and danny showed all the tools to become a star..

Bayless definitely screwed up last night. He should've stopped the fight in Round 3 and saved Khan a few braincells.

it would have been the same for garcia had he been dropped so isn't anything controversial.

He spent about as much time tending to Khan and stalling for time as Marlon Wright did for Bute, but yet we still have people claiming it was a bad stoppage?

  5. He certainly did. Went way over and above giving a champion a bit more of a chance. If Garcia had gone on to lose after that he'd have been outraged and rightly so. I don't trust officials or promoters at all.

it would not have been the same....thats bull****...gbp was grooming khan to be a cash cow and if danny was as hurt as khan was that 1st kd the fight wouldve been stopped so amir could rant on how he destroyed danny blah blah blah, but we will never know

I think it should have been stopped earlier as well but considering the fact that there were two good young fighters fighting whose careers were on the line I think now that allowing Khan to fight was okay. However, when he went down the 2nd time, it should have been over.

That was one that could have been stopped after the first KD. It was a brutal shot and Khan had no legs at all. If anything, Bayless didn't do Khan any favors, even if it seems like he did. Khan was just allowed to take more of a beating than he really needed to, but I give Khan credit, he did get up each time and want to go on, although somebody should have saved him from himself a bit sooner. I'm surprised his corner didn't stop it, after all they are supposed to be looking out for their fighters long term health.

How many times did Khan go down? Enough already Bayless did a great job.

Should have been stopped when Khan hit the floor the first time... Bayless looked like he was bought.

  13. I don't see the controversy. Bayless did a good joob as he usually does. People just like a whinge. Shut your pussyhole.

I have been saying in other threads (****ing around) that fighters should be KO'd (Coma style) seems like its the only way fans & the fighters except a loss.

Yup Bayless dropped the ball & might be demoted to opening fights & midcarder status...
Ask Richard Steele & Joe Cortez about it.

  15. Did you read the thread mate? we're saying he should have stopped it earlier. Not that he shouldn't have stopped it.
