wlad is good at keeping the distance, khan isnt. khan can come back but he needs to fight smart. wlad's career i think was in worse condition after his losses

    :good

This shows his great heart and his heart of a Champion.

And most people told him to leave Steward but he didn´t. He goes his own way with Emanuel Steward.

But Wlad has no weak chin he was poisened against Brewster that´s a difference. He took hard punches and never was knocked out. You cannot compare Wlad to Khan. Wlad won olympic gold and he is one of the great talents in heavyweight boxing.

Wladimir has brought himself back from the dead. His career was in ruins and now he is knocking on the door of greatness.

Wladimr became good after his losses. After Emmanuel steward had worked with him a couple of fights he became better and better at keeping the dicstance and working of the jab.

    Khan need to change alot.

Please, don't ever write that again. He wasn't ****ing poisoned a left hook happend that's what. Worst excuse ever.

Khan probably similar to where Wlad was after the devastating Brewster loss. Takes a lot of heart, courage and discipline to climb out of a hole that deep.

We'll see if Khan has what it takes.

I think Khans got enough physical advantages to be able to compete with the top guys despite his chin, he just needs a MASSIVE technical overhaul.

Wlad was left for dead after the Brewster loss, no one gave him a chance against Peter, it was just a question of what round Peter would destroy him.
I haven't seen anyone write off Khan the way Klitschko was written off 8+ years ago.

I dunno. he would've been fine if he'd just relied on his jab and tied up when he was hurt.

If Khan comes back successfully expect a boring as hell safety first approach.

Khan takes a lot of heat but he still has his supporters, Wlad had no support, none.

If he wasn't poisoned, he was sick. He was essentially in diabetic shock when he ran outta gas. Brewster's L hook that sent Wlad reeling back landed on an already out Wlad, well before anything of consequence was landed.

As for the poll. It coulda been said that Wlads career was over after Sanders. Many said it was. I picked Wlad without reading the replies. Some well thought out posts have changed my mind. It's true that Wlad is an obviously superior overall athlete b/c unlike the majority of athletes his size, he has the hand eye coordination and the hand speed of a much smaller HW. Khan has the same advantages, but Wlad could well have steered clear of above average punchers and still found a way to a title.
There are far less guys in those lower divisions with below average power. Khans gonna have to face a puncher at some point. And that could spell trouble if he's not changed mgmt.:think

I agree with many that he needs to leave Roach and seek Manny's stewardship:D.

Khan. He has too much courage for his own good with that reckless style he uses sometimes. He fights like he has the chin of Marvin Hagler. He exchanges when he should just try to survive. Wladimir is more reserved, hence the chin is better protected.

Khan. He doens't have the substantial physical advantages Wlad enjoys. He can't safety first it against guys half his size.
