    he will run back to alex ariza i personally feel khan came in to light in the fight he was putting more muscle on his upper body that he forgot his leg muscles and thats what alex mostly does is that he works out ur legs like crazy

    he knows what Alex does now for his legs.

    he dont need Alex just needs to run those santa monica steps.

    Something he didnt do with Ruben tabares.

    the way Khan stumbled over really showed what Ariza did for him because in the Maidana fight he stayed on his feet, Garcia hit him with 2 rights they were decent but not enough to go down he fell like he stepped on some needles

    To be fair, Amir showed more heart in this fight than in the Maidana fight, in my opinion. This just shows how conditioned he must have been to keep getting up and slugging it out with Garcia. I don't believe Ariza would be able to do anything different than what Tabares did. Ariza just mixes up the protein shakes, that's it! The other conditioning is something you can find on youtube.

    what heart did he show. I saw the fight and i saw no heart at all. if he would have knocked danny out than yes thats heart but getting dropped 3 times is no heart and getting embarrassed in front of ur family and the whole world when he was the favor to win it i dont think he showed heart at all. but on sat it was confirm that khan chin is glasss

    Amir seemed in great shape.

    It's just instead of using that speed to box to an easy ud, he was in there tryin' to bang with a hooker. :p

    Ariza OR no Ariza that punch would have knocked him down

    How Khan recovered if he were to have been under Ruben is the real questions.

    Khan would have been 2-3 pounds heavier if he was under Ariza

    Ariza seems to think Ruben is making a 'hack' of khan which is worrying


    Side of the sport which is so damn important but is hard to judge and understand...

    The only problem Khan had with Ariza was Ariza's commitment.
