I'm very unfamiliar with broner. Someone explain him to me.

    I've seen a fight or two of his, but I'm not familiar enough with him to gauge his style and talent. How good is he? Is he one of those guys who will be inevitably KO'd like Gamboa? Does he have the focus and skill of a young Mayweather? Is he all style and no substance? Ect., ec.t...help me out. I watched his special on HBO, and he seems to talk and inordinate amount of ****, but in a playful way like Ali, not vindictive, like FMJ.

    Doesn't matter

    Has a gay personality. super cocky. Lost to Ponce de Leon in 2011 by 1-2 rounds (got gift decision)

    Doesn't know how to comb his own hair

    He tries to be a Mayweather clone. he thinks Mayweather is the GOAT. Copies his style traits and even actions (ortiz hand on throat bs and finger pointing)

    Footwork isn't that great neither is his defence

    Can easily be stepped into and he will stand there with his guard up taking shots
    Has improved since that 'loss' though

    Beats opponents through his speed, reach, size and self belief.


    One to watch maybe. But not one to go out of your way to watch...
    Wouldn't be suprised if he lost in an upset manner sometimes in the future

    He's a very skilled fighter but he's utterly petrified of Ricky Burns.

    Lots of people in his division who could handle him and he is reluctant to fight

    He is not a G... at all. My grandma is x5 more G..no joke.

    Flolyd jr wannabe in a nutshell. It is one thing to copy someone's style but to trying too hard to copy Floyd which is kind of sad. His talent is apparant, his IQ is still yet to determine. Usually guys who watch and learn from Floyd mix into their own. Broner is on a mission to be an exact clone.
