anyone else fee the videos of fedor sparing in boxing? Jesus christ, i know the guy was the best mma heavyweight n the world. MMA AND BOXING ARE DIFFERENT SPORTS. No question, but in boxing Fedor would be a friday night fights, untelevised undercard fighter. Talk of him against Tyson? HAHA. you have to be kidding me. I respect MMA and it is great for what it is. To say though Fedor would be able to compete in boxing is as laughable as Michaal Jordan was playing double a baseball. A middle level heavyweight fighter would ko fedora in boxing, no doubt.

It is what it is. One of our most gifted boxers and ATG Jamez Toney suffered a silly loss in MMA. People do best at waht they're trained for.

The point of the thread, is to generate a conversation, on how many people think Fedor would be able to wreck tyson or klitschko in a boxing match the way he crushed other MMA fighters in a MMA Fight. They are 2 different sports, complete. I do think Jon Jones would be a great boxer. Fedor, would be smashed quickly at heavyweight.

I don't think any MMA fan truly believes Fedor or Spider or any other top MMA fighters could make the top 10 in boxing. It's a different sport.
