I like this fight between two fantastic boxers that were just found wanting up against World class opposition but destroyed anybody else below that level.

Bruno to win, He'd have a few scares but i think his dodgy stamina would get by because of the punishment he'd inflict on Chisora with his good boxing from range.

Yep Bill, Mason would smash Chisora to bits. Mason would be a top HW in this day and age and if he fought Vitali that night Chisora did would of got the damn job done IMO.

Agree 100%, how would you see a Bruno/Mason fight going? I knew they were sparring partners and Bruno obviously went further as a pro.

Bruno's problem wasn't actually his chin it was his stamina. My dad would always say 'it's the amount of weights he's pumping'. He was far to muscled up and would gas terribly and had no clue how to survive. His heart was immense and his chin was that bad.

Mason was a warrior, brought it all night, had the power and the ability to beat good world class fighters IMO and i think we'd of had one of the truly great domestic dust ups. I think Bruno early, Mason late. Really hard fight to call. Epic battle.

That's really got me thinking , I'd side with Bruno but only just. I have visions of Mason swarming him and Bruno looking a mess staggering trying to survive. But like Lennox did to Gary, I think Bruno could of done enough damage early to cause Mason problems.

Bruno would knock Chisora the **** out.
Bruno would knock Haye the **** out too. Or maybe Haye runs away all night and sees the final bell.

Bruno wasn't great by any means.
He would lose to Wladimir Klitschko.

It would have been a hell of a fight and It's a toss up for me, like you say Bruno getting the better of the early exchanges, Mason getting better as the fight go's on.
Im going to spend a few hours watching some footage of them both and get back to you on this one.

Me and my dad used to argue about Bruno constantly and reading your opening paragraph was like listening to him all over again as what you just said was his exact thoughts , it's only now that my father has been dead four years i understand a lot of what he was telling me 20 -30 years back was the truth . Nice one Bills . :good

If Bruno was around today he would rule the world

Bruno was only beaten by world champions or former world champions.
Mike Tyson, Lennox Lewis, James Smith and Tim Witherspoon.

I like Chisora but he would have been knocked out quickly

    Bruuuuuuunooooo :bbb
