Froch is getting no respect in the UK

He was promoted very badly over there. If Sky had gotten behind him for the start of the Super 6 he would have been massive. Think ITV showed the Taylor fight the night after.

 

Im a Brit and I've got a lot of time for froch, always looking to take on the best and isn't afraid to risk a loss or two! I think the way he tastelessly told anyone who would listen that he was twice the fighter calzaghe was even tho he was still a novice hurt his standing with a few Brits tho!

 

Froch is a G. I wish he was American. He'd be a superstar here and then the whiteboys can stop trying to fricken hype Kelly drunkass Pavlik all the time.

WHO NEVER WATCH BOXING, all thought Amir Khan was someone in our class when I show them pics and they all thought he was hot.

I lied to them David Haye was a weight trainer just to see reactions and they said he's hot as hell.


Obviously neither Amir or David are close to a Prime Oscar who make
girls cream their jeans upon contact.

But both guys are pretty damn good looking compare to the vast majority of guys

Froch is big in England/Britain, he has been on GMTV and Question of Sport. Haye is a trash talking HW and Khan had the huge Olympic storyline to kick off his stardom so they have natural publicity advantages. Froch is probably the most well known sportstar from Nottingham since Torvill and Dean.

Froch should be bigger of course, his promotions weren't what they should have been, he should have kept up with the guitar sing songs on ringside! (wonders, did I imagine that?!)

 

Just because hes not a mainsteam madia darling doesnt mean hes not popular. Everybody in Engalnd who knows anything about boxing will tell you Frochs nu1....Also having been to Khan, Haye and a Froch fight live i can tell you the atmosphere is far superior at a Froch fight by a country mile.
