    If so , tell me Y .
    Seemingly he's almost a consensus top 10 Mexican .
    D deeper i tried 2 look in2 his record , d more shallow i found it 2b .
He fought nobody and beat no1 .
Rosendo Alvarez , another bum beater like himself , was his greatest opponent by far .
And then there was "El Nene" :yep:yep .-:)verysad .
Meaning Alex Sanchez . Cool alias , isn't it .
I was "in4med" that he was another good win 4 Lopez , 4 some reason .
What do u think would have happened if Lopez stepped up against Michael Carbajal ? I think Carbajal would have KOd him .
What about Melchor Cob Castro ? does Lopez stand a chance against him ?

I got tons of criticism 4 including Jose Luis Ramirez in my top 10 Mexicans .
    some1 even called him a ***** .
Reminds me a GF member whom called Reggie Johnson Jorge Castro's ***** .
Boxrec lists Jose Luis Ramirez as #48 of Mexico and Ricardo Lopez as #64 . Definitely 2 low 4 Ramirez but not low 4 Lopez .
    If 4ced 2 Xtend my list enough , I wouldn't have Lopez in Mexico's top 20
and he simply did nothing 2 deserve any ranking but being consistent at beating bums .
Who was his best opponent ? and Y does Rosendo Alvarez count because seemingly he did not beat any1 either .

    2 me Mexico's top 15 looks like :

    1. Sanchez
    2. Chavez
    3. Ramirez
    4. Jose Louis Lopez
    5. Juan Manuel Marquez
    6. Morales
    7. Melchor Cob Castro
    8. Chucho Castillo
    9. Rafael Herera
    10. Olivares

    11. Zarate
    12. Palomino
    13. Barera
    14. Gilberto Roman

Not claiming that this list is perfect , it might undergo a few minor swaps , but i'm sure it's better than what every1 else could compile .

and if forced 2 go on i will also have Julio Cesar Gonzalez somewhere above Ricardo Lopez . Gonzalez outpointed both Glen Johnson and Dariusz Michalczewski and that was in Germany (!!) , and he went d distance against other notable opponents such as Clinton Woods*2 , RJJ ,

Julio Gonzalez is just n example though , and there r more who deserve a higher ranking than Lopez . Miguel Canto 4 1 .

Really, Jose Luis Lopez? Jose Luis Castillo was greater than he was.

This thread is about Ricardo Lopez .
I posted that list in order 2 show that Ricardo Lopez is a lock outside top 10 .

    u have such a long list 4 frankinos ?
    and if u have him in top 17 , Y did u vote #33 or below ?
i think #17 is 2 high , but maybe he can b ranked above #33 , just hard 2 rank him anywhere based on nothing but consistence vs bums . If Ricardo Lopez is a top 20 Mexican , then Seth Mitchell must b considered a top 30 heavyweight of all times . He simply did so much more . He actually beat ppl whom once showed something . I Idoubt if Lopez' opponents could ever amount 2 anything .

3 ppl voted 1-8 , 1 (u) state that he (u) have him there and did not vote , and no1 has any Xcuse 2 Y rank him so high .
Watching other ppl's results does not convince , only raises doubts and wonders . Cing reasoning might convince .

You list guys like Jose Luis Lopez/Ramirez and Carlos Palomino, yet fail to mention guys like Vicente Saldivar and Miguel Canto?

    What a joke.

I would have him somewhere outside the top 10, maybe in the top 15.

    My top 10:

    Chavez
    Olivares
    Sanchez
    Saldivar
    Canto
    Morales
    Barrera
    Zarate
    Azteca
    Arizmendi

Herrera, Castillo, and Roman are good shouts tho. Add Casanova and Finito and you have my top 15.
