what up des. yeah i don't think they seemed too happy about the last fight. i see what garcia has had him working on. problem is, they have done **** about incorporating that into what he used to do well. until they do that, they can't think they can beat the top guys. a froch fight would still be cracking but i don't think kelly is ready yet either.

It looks like Kelly is still thinking about what he is doing. I like Bazooka's theory that Kelly will stop thinking and start reacting once he steps it up.

this actually does make sense. the guys he's been in there with havent posed a threat either skill or power wise. so he probably has been over thinking things. he looks way to methodical and rehearsed. a guy who swarms him and has the skill and quality of froch would probably make him just react and not think. doesnt guarantee a win...i understand this...but it will make it more competitive for sure.

Even though Kelly hasn't earned his shot at Froch yet I would still love to see it. It would be a war.

If this comes off, it will be the end of Kelly Pavlik unfortunately.

I see Pavlik working on the new things that he learning. If he came into these last fights with his usual double jab hard right, then why change trainers. Why put it all out there on club fighters. He got the rounds in and he started to look real comfortable in the later rounds.

His lack of a jab was one of his problems in his Rosinsky fight. He also seems to be forgetting his right cross, the development of his left hook especially downstairs is nice but not without the other two.

Froch is always looking for a war. If you don't respect him, I can't see how you can call yourself a boxing fan.

Froch will be heavily favored against KP, and rightfully so. Still, I can't see this as anything other than a fan friendly fight.

So now Pavlik has a killer left. That gives him a new weapon. He seems to have mastered it. Its not like he forgot how to use his jab or his right. Why risk hurting his hand on warmups matches. If Kelly brings it all, including stamina, he will win. What is Froch going to train for, the left or the right?
