If you read the disclaimer when creating a username to post in the ESB forum. I believe it says intelligence is not a requirement to post here.

Manny didn't fight a prime Morales. Floyd fight with Castillo would have no bearing with him Morales. Castillo would eat Morales at 135. Morales best was at 122, thats when he was a an absoulte beast

    Wait?

    What?

I agree Castillo is so vastly underrated . . . especially @ 135. He came the closest to beating PBF (even though it was with one good arm). Corralas is also very underrated since the PBF fight.

    i didnt say he did.

It just irritates me, when anyone suggests floyd destroys prime barrera and Morales.

I'm happy to acknowledge there competetive fights. But listening to people discredit 2 legends.

Especially when it makes no sence. What weight is floyd fighting these prime fighters at? 122? maybe 126 you could make the fight.

I think what posters are saying is that Floyd would have little problems with the Morales or the Barrera that Pac fought, not the prime versions, since they were in lower weights.

Which I tend to agree with.

Floyd would easily beat Barrera and Morales just like that other Mexican.

The same Mexican that beat Manny 3 times.

Ok cool. I still don't feel that Castillo troubling floyd at 135 means barrera or Morales would at all. Do you realize how huge Castillo is for lightweight?

its unrealistic to think that type of match-up could ever have happened. MAB and Morralas are great fighters but if that fight could happen at a catch weight PBF would EASILY OUTBOX BOTH.

I am surprised people do not say PBF bucked both guys since he was only 8lb heavier when he started boxing:D

Firstly i never even said I was big floyd fan, so don't ever put me in the same sentence as those *****s. Secondly I think prime for prime Floyd would beat them but I never said he would destroy them, they are tough quality fighter's who need to be respected. They would be a tough challenge but Floyd would beat them in my eyes.

not style wise. i personally don't think that theres a specific blueprint to beat floyd. I just think floyd is an ATG, and like a leonard or an Ali, he is only getting beat in his prime by a prime ATG.

And that could be any style that would give floyd a tough test.

Prime Morales and Prime Barrera against a Prime Floyd are all 50/50 match ups IMO.
