No, they are fighting in a division where American fighter destroyed themselves by not training, not being dedicated, being out of shape, playing other sports and quitting after a loss.

The Klitschkos didn't slip a lazy pill in the drinks of all potential American HWs. American HWs just haven't proven to be at a high level for a long time.

if two people from the same family can dominate a division that previously was only possible to be dominated by the best 2 or 3 fighters in a country populated by billions, then it means the HW division is rotten to the core, and is now composed of a tiny minority compared to its massive size once.
