I know he is old because of his unique Cuban background and amateur career. But i feel this guy would kill Mares and Donaire. How he toyed with Ramos and Kennedy im hoping to god he gets a fight with either Mares or Nonito as his style and Power is something to watch.
I just wish he had of started 4 years earlier instead of now. But with his talent he could go on in the next 4 years and be the P4P guy at this rate which makes me happy to be a fan right now.
Mares is a good fighter and i dont like his chances agianst Rigo and Donaire will avoid him and prob rightfully so
Ive seen them all fight. But I have not seen someone like Rigondeaux for some time. As Ross (THE BOSS) Rhea says in the movie Goon. This kid has got the stuff.
Rigondeaux is the only up-and-comer that really wows me. There's a lot of talented guys coming up but I don't see that same specialness I see in him. I'm not sure about killing Donaire but I think he's capable of beating him right now. Mares he'd kill :hey
I've always been a fan, from he first turned pro there was something I liked about him. Glad to see other people are starting to come around to him.
This guys style is slick, but not that boring **** you get with dirty clinches etc, he's so fluid the way he moves and the way he does that thing where he slowly throws a punch out (almost telegraphing) there and then lands the same punch a second later with serious speed! This guy made me a fan in his 1st fight.
agreed that's the problem with Cuban boxers, the only have ams, pros being forbidden in their country, I'm not surprised so many of them go abroad and stay at first opportunity
