I understand your post. But like I said, I don't want to over rate Rigo (Again, not saying you are). All the guys you mentioned have been tested. I think Rigo is yet to be. Still, my respects to him; I will still keep an eye on him.
Rigondeaux did beat Mares at the Panamerican Games but it wasn't easy , I've been told by friends in Cuba that the fight was quite close , Mares is a great boxer . Peace .
i been a fan sense i seen his pro debut which i think he was 28 . and then he was inactive as a pro starting out. donaire dont wana mess with him or he would have mentioned his name after the mathebula fight. donaire is going to use the excuse he hasnt fought anyone yet he has 10 fights he hasnt earned a fight with me . he hasnt fought n beat the competition i beat. once he beats a top ten or two then he can get me . but if he keep fight kennedy and marroquin then he aint gunna get me just yet. which is a good excuse kinda its the one ward used to not fight bute, but then again it would make ward look even more amazing then he already is if he fought bute cuz he woulda crushed him. i think Rigo will be the real deal.
Rigo beat Mares in the Amateurs and it was a competitive fight as already said. Mares was able to compete with one of the best Amateur boxers in recent Cuban history, so of course it will not be easy for Rigo but i see Rigo's skill and experience taking over.
Well I cant unfortunately catch every fighter after seeing the Ramos, Kennedy fights i like his style. He is what boxing needs. Which is a Beast.
You shouldn't be a able to get a fight with donaire from 10 fights. He should just fight more people, like 5 more fights before he fights donaire!
Everytime he lands those body punches. I grimace. seriously when I saw one opponent winces in pain rolling aroundon the floor I thought this is some oscar acting! unreal till he kept doing it to opponents, They are in some serious serious pain..its just sickening! bordering on internal organ bleeding!
