    you want my REAL opinon?

Ok, Pavlik is done, his career ended midway through the Martinez fight, he checked out mentally and that was that. people call Froch limited, and that may be so, on a skills level, maybe Froch and Pavlik are around equal, maybe.

the difference is, Froch finds a way to win most times, where Pavlik does not.

Froch was able to bounce back from defeats, Pavlik was not.

Froch has been active at the highest level, Pavlik has not.

Froch is rightfully ranked at the top end of the division, Pavlik is not

Froch is relevent, Pavlik is not.

I have no problem with the fight IF it happens, but Pavlik hasn't earned it, he hasn't earned ****, he's after a payday.

If Pavlik really wants to get back to the top he'll take the fights he needs to to get there, against contenderd, not domestic level club fighters. He's trying to take the Chris Arreloa route, that's garbage man, that aint no warrior ****, thats just ****. And they do it because they know they aint beating no contender, and another loss ends them for good. They just trying to get a run together against soft touches, get an inflated ranking, get a payday.

Pavlik vs Bika, winner gets Froch.

    i'd be happy with that.

thats the thing, pavlik hasnt been tested yet at the higher level - so to say hes done or hasnt bounced back is bull****

froch would be the perfect test for pavlik right now, and i think if pavlik still has that fire in him that he did at the elite level - he beats froch

froch is taking the easy route right now by avoiding pavlik - bc i think froch knows theres a very good chance he could lose that fight...

Nah, Froch is gonna shut him up. :rofl None of these guys had any trouble with Froch talking **** and calling out Pavlik when Kelly was still a MW. Now Kelly isn't worthy? Why? Cuz he moved up to SMW and put on the muscle. :deal

In his defense, I wouldn't exactly call Sierra a bum. I would agree that he's taking a big step up to fight Froch.

I think even the harshest Froch critic would agree that he is above test level. With that said, Edwin Rodriguez would be a perfect test of how much progress Kelly has made under Garcia's tutelage.
I'm not sure if Pavlik's team will go for that ,though, as there's a better than decent chance that Edwin will make Kelly look really average and ruin any blockbuster fights that may or may not be on the horizon.

  8. Froch is not a test for pavlik he is one of the hardest opponents Kelly would have ever fought second only to Hopkins

That's not a test its a recipe for another ****

    No and No

Boxing is a proving ground and he hasn't proven that he has the RIGHT to facr Froch yet.

calling Froch a duck is just utterly ridiculous and I think you know it.

Froch would beat Pavlik but he is not or never has been good as Sergio, who beat Pavlik badly, when he was outweighed by over 15 lbs.

Froch would beat Martinez. It's a size thing more than a skill thing, Martinez is a blown up welterweight, he went into the trenches against Barker and Maklin who Froch would utterly decimate, i'm not saying Froch is better p4p but head to head he's a harder fight than Martinez

i would have been so happy to see Pavlik beat the **** out of Stevenson....I'd give Pavlik a good chance vs Bute too, I'd slightly favout Bute but Pavlik would be a live dog. Vs froch though I just don't see Pavlik standing much of a chance..... I agree that he's way more proven on the world stage than Oothuizen but the Oosthuizen is kind of an unknown at this level and has a bunch of question marks around,, maybe he proves he's the **** maybe he flops, with Pavlik we all mostly feel Froch wins handily.
