Floyd is not a natural talent, he is simply someone who worked extremely hard

Then why isn't everyone equally a master?

I might be a master at something but there is always that guy I can't beat, and there is always that guy who that guy can't beat and so on.

Talent is what makes the difference among masters of their craft.

He's a combination of both. Have you seen his dad he's 60 years old, eats junk food and is ripped like a 25 year old underwear model or lightweight bodybuilder. Mayweather snr has passed on some good genes.

are you kidding? mayweather sr looks like your typical crack addicted addict on the street you give money to, and then they spend it on booze.

they're all disgusting and to say his genes are "good" you must be stupid.

He's still ripped and in very good shape for his age and diet and yes he probably did pass on some good genes in the physical sense. He probably didn't pass on a good IQ or anything. Just because i made that observation it dosen't make me 'stupid'. People love throwing out insults on the internet to people they don't know or have never met.

:patsch Dumb statment he is extreamly talented and a gym rat thats why he is great, there are plenty of kids starting at early stage but they fail to make it to the world level.

Floyd has worked hard for all of his life and has had GREAT teachers around him all the way. He didn't need to go to another boxing club all was there from the beginning.

He is talented but the skill that he has comes from hard hard work.

I like to think of it as every one has thousands of attributes so for example speed, power, reflexes and hand eye co-ordination and everyone has a set bar for how good you can be at each one. It is up to you to work as hard as you can to reach your set bar, Floyd started at a very young age and works extremely hard so he probably got as close as he can to reaching those set bars.

I think that works for everything in life, you just have to find out where your talents lie and get as close as you can to your peak.
