    Amir must be feeling down after working very hard five months straight. He had to take so many sacrifices like dieting, not seeing friends and family members, not masturbating and etc. And in the end I bet the defeat stung even more knowing all the trash-talking Garcia's dad did and losing to a 6-1 underdog rookie in such a manner.

    That's why I decided to make this thread so we fans can leave supportive and appreciative messages to Amir, helping him in this difficult time.

    I dedicate this thread to Amir Khan who made me and many others, boxing fans. I can say for 100% sure that I would not be into boxing if it wasn't for Amir. He is the reason I wake up 4 o' clock in the morning on some days to watch live boxing fights. Everytime he fights, he makes me feel so proud because I know that he will leave everything in the ring no matter what.

    We thank and love you, Amir !!

    there were hundreds just like you when naz fought once he retired they went :hi:, then khan came on the scene and so the story will repeat its self.
    you are a khan fan boy not a boxing fan the two are completely different

    He reminds me of young Wladimir Klitschko. So much talent but he just can't keep his thing together. I still think he lost against fighter who will achieve much less than Khan will.. I believe he can bounce back and one day he might be like Wladimir Klitschko: He finds his way to use his skills without being so fragile. He has those tools to be a great fighter but he just have to learn how to be a great fighter..
