It has come to my attention that a number of Boxers, home & abroad are buying Followers on Twitter. Personally I think its wrong and they should let their following grow as they achieve more in the sport. Here are some examples I've found - Omar Henry - 128k Amir Khan - 1.1 million Joe Hanks - 80k Frank Buglioni - 22k Brian Rose - 67k Bradley Skeete - 30k Ricky Boylan - 17k Does anyone know of anymore? Tweet me @lukecowham or reply to this thread. Thanks.
I don't even know who the **** four of those people are. P.S.: Did you just join to post this and solicit additional followers yourself?
No mate! Been chatting to my mates about it & it's something we've been noticing! No biggie, just a bit of fun.
I believe Omar Henry is legit, but Amir Khan definitely fake he was on 500k and in 2 days shot to over a million now been sitting their for 3 months, another boxer who cheated was Andre Ward these boxers get paid good money but their not mainstream as they would like to think and it hurts their ego, people like Wards is best 168 in world but with only 16k followers.
I tweeted Amir asking if he paid for followers.....he blocked me. I tweeted Ariza asking (shot up from 10k to 100k) and he gave me a werid answer and deleted it shortly after. (went down from 100k to 60 k followers) @justmarky
1.1 million follows yet he can't sell over 10k ppv Oscar de la hoya- 400k followers, sells over million ppv.
