Unlike Mayweather for Marquez and Broner for Vicente, Morales and Rios did attempt to cut that extra weight, neither Broner or Mayweather did.... so you have a case here of Rios and Morales doing what a sportsman does do and is supposed to do, and Mayweather and Broner looking for a clear advantage..
