anybody with that much $$$$ and fame having ANYTHING to do with boxing, is a good thing and it certaintly cant make it any worse.

CLAIMS..Fifty is a casual fan...He didnt even know who gamboa is, and u have to remember cellz, He is not really as famous as he used to be...he fell from grace, and the only reason people remember he exist, is from where? 24/7, jocking Mayweather...I think its cool for outsiders to get involved, but a guy like fifty, who overrates his business-sense, to just jump into this tough promoting game, over night, then ties these guys down to contracts...I feel he should start off with some young olympians, dont get fighters like Gamb-freaking-boa, and Dirrell, then tie them to this amateur promotional brand...I love boxing, and I like fifty, but when I heard this, I instantly started worring about these two fighters...what will he do to their careers? He wont know who they should fight, their weaknesses, Gamboa's questionable chin, how he gets out of position, dirrelles heart that needs to get tested more...he knows nothing about the fighters...will he match them up with bums? Thinking thats how u promote, put them in with bums for easy paydays? ..Im worrying souly about the fighters, and what may happen to their careers

 

Ur so happy for fifty, ur forgetting about the fighters...These are not two young no name fighters, this is basically an overnight boxing fan, tying up Gamboa and Dirrell(GREAT fighters who already have a career) in contracts..and I dont even see fifty as a great business man, I always saw him as a lucky business man...some of his ideas worked, cuz he blew up and at the time, its easy to cash in on other ventures, off the buzz...when he lost his buzz. he was basically proven to not be business savy at all...all the success he had when he was popular, made him think he was this amazing businessman.

 

lol, you don't need a PHD to be a great business man . . . a lot of great business men do not have a college education. The focus on what they do great and hire people to do the rest. PBF is SMARTER than Oscar who had a gold medal, media hype and a built in fan base to get where he was. PBF is a defensive boxer who became number 1 at the box office . . . it was not by mistake.

If you think you start out this type of company by starting with a bunch of rookies YDKSAB&B (you dont know **** about boxing and business)

50 hasn't been doing well in his music endeavours....but he has many successful businesses outside of the music industry. Don't sell Curtis short on his business prowess...he's smarter than Floyd, who often makes ******ed business decisons....he sometimes makes some great ones as well but Floyd has a track record of bad business choices that would have sunk him had not been for his boxing career to fall back on.

Nah buddy, Im not talking about Floyd promoting HIMSELF, by trash talking, or him being a smarter fighter...Im talking about REAL business sense..Suit & Tie, business class...Oscar is way smarter than Floyd, and thats a fact buddy...and Compare Jay Z, a thug who turned into a business man, to Fifty Cent...Fifty is basically a guy who overrates his business sense...he's not like Jay Z, who took rockafella independently and turned it into something...or diddy, who took ciroc, made that thang taste like candy, now EVERYONE likes it..Dont fall for the fifty cent hype...this guy released a video game, and didnt even promote it on tv commercials, so no one knew the game came out...the idiot thought he could souly promote it on his popular website, and the game would sell out in stores...if a broke man can only afford a tv, OR a laptop, he is not getting a computer...the game sold less than Rick Ross album, and games have a habit of selling 50mill in a weekend..Fifty knows nothing about boxing, or business, and dont get up here and lie and say Fifty and Floyd can do what Oscar and Richard did, cuz then u would be faking...Quit worrying about jocking Fifty, and worry about the FIGHTERS if ur a true fan of the sport...I like floyd and fif too, but Im not gonna act like I want Gamboa to tie himself in a contract with them, he should sign with golden boy if he is THIS desperate, this is HORRIBLE
