Rios is as bad or worse since it happened more than once, Not really bothered about Alaverez vs Lopez since Lopez beat Ortiz who weighs 164 lbs on fight night and also I will be watching Martinez vs Chavez instead.

But at the same time those defending Broner didn't defend Rios for doing the same thing. probably helps Rios that he looked clearly weight drained and that atleast shows he tried and he got beat in my opinion anyway.

Also since Margarito's name has been brought up a lot, I don't get how anyone can defend Margarito that is one of the worse things you could do in boxing.

I've never backed off my stance of "**** Broner." I just think that Escobedo, getting this opportunity could still try to save the fight. I don't see a lot of guys in his position bitching out over 3 pounds. I mean, he has the chance to extort some ridiculous amount of Broner's purse here. Hell, even try something like make Broner weigh heavier gloves or something like Pacquiao had to do.

Do something to **** with his head, and stress him out. Make him weigh in every hour until fight time. Don't allow him to rehydrate anymore than 143, or 144-145. TRY something. This is YOUR CHANCE, not Broner's.

 

missing the weight and getting outweighed on fight night are two separate issues.
