I don't give a damn how a boxer is in private as long as he is no murder like edwin or something in that direction. for me the only thing that matters is what happens in the boxing ring and I find adrian broner to be a exciting boxer. he is very fast, he goes for the kill, well sure he tries to be kind of a floyd mayweather with the defensive posture etc. but as long he isnt as boring as floyd and comes up with fast combos followed with TKO or KO's I don't have a problem with him being a twat. don't know what you think but with potential match ups like this... Adrien Broner Yuriorkis Gamboa Adrien Broner Lucas Martin Matthysse Adrien Broner Danny Garcia Adrien Broner Juan Manuel Marquez I am quiet happy broner is around.
got a gift against ponce deleon then did a ****** dance like cintron when they announced him the winner tried to cheat weight twice against Esco even though he brought him down from 135
his personality and he's trying to emulate the most hated boxer in the game right now, so he's obviously going to be hated
It's his big mouth and gimmicks. It is done for attention and it is working. The people of the "Swag" community think it's great, being an obnoxious jackass who is hated is a cool thing for that group, where as everyone else looks at him as a complete moron. His running of the mouth and fighting overmatched opponents have got him to the point he is at now, he looks unbeatable and people will tune in to see what he says next, people will also tune in just to hope they see him lose. Pretty smart gimmick, i'll give him that. He is a decent prospect and I would like to see him fight an opponent who can actually fight back so we can see where is really is in terms of skill and how good of a fighter he is.
Not that he is trying to emulate the most hated fighter, i think it's that he is trying to emulate someone else period. No one likes a fake wannabe
You can't say it's "because he is Black". Gary Russell is very well liked and does not get any hate that Broner does. He is an ******* (whether it is for show or not), and that is going to get people talking about him in a negative way. Floyd is a ***** but has proved himself to be what he claims to be, Broner on the other hand has not proved **** yet.
Against B level fighters or lower Floyd was knocking a lot of guys out too, so how can you say Broner is more exciting? He appears to have more power but I'm willing bet his KO percentage goes down as he steps up in competition. He's fought as high as 140 and has been feeding on SFWs as of late. Both guys are ok. Boxing is fine with or without them.
