How many loses would Floyd have incured if he had fought these opponents whom De La Hoya fought ? Whittaker, Hopkins, Trinidad
    Ike Quartey and Pacquiao ?

floyd can beat a prime ike (just better then him)
floyd can beat a pass prime whitaker (passing of the torch)
floyd can beat tito (left hook want land)
floyd can beat hopkins in a cat and mouse type of fight (think tom & jerry)

could not vote because i did not see 0.

Why stop there. Thomas Hearns fought at Cruiserweight and he was a welter.

What zero ? Castillo beat him up already.
Hopkins, Whittker and Quartey would have definately
produced at least 2 defeats on Floyd.

The only 2 I see giving Mayweather problems are Hopkins and Quartey. Hopkins is just as good defensively it would be a slow fight. Quartey's Bazzoka would give Floyd all kinds of problems just like Cotto's did. I also call the Cotto Jab on a thread before the fight. Tito not good against defensive boxers, Manny is to hyped by Arum to really know his potential, Whittaker was passed it by the time he fought and in most cases Floyd would out work Whittaker for a decision.

Past prime Whitaker probably beats Floyd at Welterweight. Floyd loses by KO against Hopkins. Floyd beats Pac, beats Trinidad by UD if he doesn't get knocked out, and beats Quartey.

    true.

how about Mayweather vs David Haye at CW?

I'm sure blocking Hayemakers with his shoulder would work just great

Only definitive loss I see is Hopkins. Hopkins is just as savvy as Mayweather but bigger. Trinidad had great power but was too stiff and thoroughly outboxed by De La Hoya. Whitaker and Mayweather are very similar minus the southpaw stance. Quartey was strong, and had a piston-like jab but he was a bit flatfooted and boxed in straight lines for the most part. All those are very beatable if your name is Mayweather, but like I said Hopkins is the only definitive loss IMO.
