First let me say I think both fighters want or did want that fight.
If it happens or not is anyone's guess right now. I for one don't
think Vitali will win the elections and may want another fight.
Anyways if this fight did happen late this year or early next year,
I see things looking like this if this fight happens-

Vitali is getting slower and Haye is faster but here are some things
about both fighters as I see it.

    Haye

    1) Faster then Vitali (Vitali is slowing down)
    2) Not a lot of Stamina (Chisora had him tired)
    3) I Don't think Haye has the chin to brawl (against Vitali)
    4) Haye could get in a shot with his speed to drop Vitali
(I don't think so, not saying it is impossible)
    5) Haye would have to outbox Vitali and take some to give
    some (Could Haye do that?)
    6) Haye would need to try to take Vitali out in the first 5
before he gets tired, that means bringing it Vitali, I don't
think Haye would against Vitali (He may try, would it work?)
    7) Could move in and out fast enough but could he land a
meaningful shot on Vitali while not getting hit

    Vitali

    1) Arm punches, but enough of them will hurt you
    2) Has stamina and can pace himself and has a
great chin (Yes he is getting older)
    3) would not be intimidated by Haye
    4) Can take a shot to give a few in return
    5) Believe he would try to Knock Haye out...could he?
    6) Can throw weird angle shots and hit you
    7) Would box this fight the way he always has

I think Vitali would win this fight. I think Haye would have to
exchange with Vitali to have any chance of winning. Can Haye's
chin and stamina hold up? Haye could catch Vitali as well but I
don't think Haye has the power to drop Vitali. Would be a great
fight to see...Lets hope it happens!

Just some thoughts of mine to encourage SERIOUS DEBATE about
this fight if it did happen. :deal

    Peace!

Vitali is the much more aggressive Klitschko, he would have Haye on the backfoot the whole fight (even with one arm, Vitali threw over 600 punches against Chisora, over 1000 against Johnson)

Chisora landed 163 shots on Vitali, eating a lot of punches while he got close to him, Haye would have to trade with Vitali (who punches much harder than Chisora) to win, I don't see that happening, because Haye won't want to eat too many shots from Vitali, plus, his conditioning has always been a factor, if he took too much punches he'd start to slow down in the second half of the fight, which, I remind, would be 12 rounds, not the 10 Haye wanted against Chisora

the hype would be built up, just like before Haye-Valuev and Haye-Wlad, only to disappoint the fans after the final bell, Vitali by UD

I think Vitali would be the favorite but not as much as he'd been 3-4 years ago. I'd give him 65-35 odds. Couple years ago it'd been closer to 90-10 in favor of prime Vitali.

Haye fights off the back foot all night, slipping a lot of punches trying to land the occasional bomb, losing alomost every round of the fight.

Nice post dude. Don't think i have ever said that to you pal as i'm usually arguing with you although i agree with you pretty much 100% on this post.

One thing i don't agree with and people keep banging on about it. Is the whole Haye stamina bollocks.
Can somone please point me to a fight since the Thompson loss where stamina has negatively affected Haye please? anyone? Nope... thought not. It's a ****ing myth.

So going into the 5th round against Chisora, Haye was breathing from his mouth. So was Broner against Escobedo. I don't see anyone claiming Broner has stamina issues?!
Haye was apparently tired in the last round against Chisora but still had plenty of movement, decent punch output, speed and accuracy... so where is the proof he was tired?

A young arrogant Haye that thought he could steamroll everyone didn't train properly for Thompson, blew his load and learnt his lesson. I do wish people would stop going on about Haye having **** stamina based on what happened in his 11th pro fight and the fact he breathes through his mouth after 5 active rounds

    Haye has 2 problems.
    His heart and his stamina.

If he fixes one he would KO Vitali.

Haye will have target practise on this stiff, tall, robotic neverbeen.

    Haye by devastating knockout. Early.

Thx, figured instead of arguing, is better to have meaningful debate about boxing. For me the stamina is he was tired against Chisora and Chisora was throwing wild shots and missing more often then not or glancing blows, what happens when Haye gets hit flush with punches from Vitali? Just my thoughts there.

    Peace!
