No surprise here. Rafa has to be one of the clumsiest and/or unluckiest fighters out there. This time it's his right hand.

We should wait, Boxers fighting other Boxers who were fighting 3 divisions below just 2 fights ago, should retire, that's not cool.

:-( Disappointment punctuated by rare moments of excitement.

That first card was a good one.

Morales VS Garcia was alright, kind of sad, and the Kirkland-Molina scandal happened.

Gamboa-Rios never happened, and what we got instead was Rios-Abril in which Abril fought defensively and a weakened Rios came forward sluggishly in an alright fight, and Abril was robbed.

Hopkins Dawson was decent, but it was sad to see Hopkins go. Good win for Chad though; setting up Ward-Dawson was positive.

Froch-Bute was an exciting fight and revealing upset.

Mayweather-Cotto was a good card and a very exciting fight.

Peterson-Khan never happened thanks to the drug testing scandal. A month later we see Khan knocked out by a guy who likely can't replace what seemed a potentially big name.

Pacquiao-Bradley was a good fight, but again, another robbery.

Donaire looks lackluster in both of his last two fights.

The Showtime 4-way wasn't as excited as we all expected.

Berto-Ortiz 2 also failed to materialize over a positive test. Though Lopez-Ortiz was a great fight with an exciting upset win.

Haye-Chisora was a good fight with an explosive ending.

Canelo's first 3 picks for opponents fall through; Williams is paralyzed, Kirkland injured, and Ortiz upset. A fight with Lopez isn't bad, but not quite what we expected.

Chavez Jr. and Andy Lee was a good fight with a stoppage.

Pavlik looks lackluster in his return bouts.

Maidana pulls out of the Thurman fight.

    Rafa's fight is postponed.

    Gamboa is MIA.

Rios gets injured and pulls out of his fight

I guess in review, it wasn't that bad of a year, but too many pitfalls stopped it from being nearly as solid as it could have been.
