I don't put periods at the end of my posts, only if I have more to say.
    The period is implied though

That's was at 154. Oscar was still a game opponent and was much bigger than Floyd in that contest. We're talking both at 147, 8oz gloves. Yeah, it'd be a tough fight, but I still give Floyd the nod.

Let's not pretend that Oscar doesn't lose big fights against prime opposition. (sans Quartey, Vargas)

It would be a very tough fight for both fighters. Mayweather's speed vs Oscar's boxing and size.

At 5'11", Oscar was a handful for anyone at that weight, his jab was great and his left hook was devastating. Of course Mayweather's speed and right hand were something to contend with.

IDK, it's a toss up but I would have to say Oscar pulls this one out.

how much do you think Oscar rehydrated to? Now remember, this is a fight taking place at light middleweight

too close to call imo. it could go either way by close decision. floyd won 9 rds vs 154 Oscar who had all the advanatges and was coming off an impressive KO vs Mayorga..... you can guarantee that Floyd at 147 would be much better without all the disadvantages but at the same time Oscar from WW say around the Mosley fights was also quite a bit better. Too close to call, would've have beenr azor thin either way. At 130/135 Floyd wins for sure at 140/147 its a toss up.

Well he was around 153 for his welterweight fights so I don't envision him having to hydrate that much fighting at junior middle, he looked small in a lot of his fights there.

Floyd of the Baldomir fight doesn't lose more than 2 rounds. That was PBF at his absolute athletic peak.

A lot of Oscar even being competitive with Floyd was because it's at 154, and PBF has not looked good in either of his trips up against guys who were assuredly 160+ in the ring. Just too big.

The best Oscar beats the best Floyd hands down. Old Oscar was competitive with Prime Floyd, and could have beat him had he used his jab more.
