I think I know who the alt is. Because I've just remembered the threadstarter, sp550i, himself is an alt . Here's a post from Shaunster in the infamous 'What does the the term floored mean to you' thread, where ESB's resident idiot, MichiganWarrior, was exposed and shamed:

So, it doesn't surprise me to see a greg turchy, reeking of MichiganWarrior's demeanour, popping in to leap to the defence of sp550i.

Weight didn't make a difference. Broner was a level above Escobedo. It wasn't a war of attrition.

Another black guy downplaying Broner's unprofessionalism. It's sad how predictable this is.

No one is arguing that weight made a difference in the outcome of the fight.....People are arguing that Broner's lack of professionalism and lack of respect for his opponent and the sport was a bad look....

It wasn't professional I can agree. However, so what? Broner paid the penalty and Viscente took the big check and agreed to fight. Additionally, there is no evidence to suggest that the fight wouldn't have ended with a severe beating being suffered by Escabedo had Broner made the weight. People just want something to ***** about because Broner is young, flashy and talented.

Well......you're saying "so what" when referencing a PROFESSIONAL fighter being UN-Professional.:huh It's almost like you're condoning a pro athlete's unprofessional behavior if he has the money to throw at a bad situation. Not exactly the most intelligent way to process the situation Broner put himself in.

Broner would have won either way but the point is highlighting and scrutinizing the act in hopes it's applies enough pressure on Broner to take his profession more seriously. Not making weight in this sport is something NOT to be taken lightly.....for ANYONE....that includes Broner.

I hope broner grows into light welter quickly so he will have no one to duck.Plenty good fighters there that will test his chin. You won't have to make excuses for failing to make weight instead you'll be making excuses as to why you got knocked the **** out.
