Jose 'Pipino' Cuevas vs Billy Backus

One of the most brutal '3-Minute' beatings ever.

Busted up face, and broken left eye orbital bone.

That was very brutal. I don't know how Billy lasted like he did.

    1 hit KO

Gotta love people like Butterbean, yes they are bad but against worse fighters they make the most impressive knockouts.

Mister Ironhammer Vitali knocked that same guy out too... 3 years later in round 3. (Monaco was 29 then)
But he can't do it like Vitali.

Not the most vicious, but it looked like Chavez was enjoying torturing Rosario.

So he was rubbish? I'm only going by the commentary I seen, it seemed to be talking him up quite a bit. The hype machine was going even back in those I see

De La Hoya and Mayweather Vs Gatti where equal as bad as each other. An absolute joke that either of them fights where made in my eyes.

    Willard-Dempsey
    Chavez-Haugen

Hows about Holmes vs Cobb? That was brutal. So bad it caused Howard Cossell to quit from fight commentating.

However the most brutal beating of all time was Battling Nelson vs Ad Wolgast. Read up on it to see how vicious it was. Even old-school bare-knuckle fighters ringside said they'd never seen a more blood, brutal fight before.

Very recent but Hatton v Pacquiao was brutal. I literally thought he was dead.
