Byrd was well past his best, Chagaev has had AIDS for years & he was completely outmanned by Huck, a spirited but limited CW in his most recent fight.

Personally a CV must include performances & other factors beyond an X or an O on boxrec. Thats why Haye has a better CV imho

 

No. Beating washed up Chagaev and a bunch of old guys mean nothing. He got killed by Huck in Huck's first HW fight. Povetkin is inactive and he makes excuses and also fights weak opposition. Why fight Rahman?

I'd hate to be one of those people but Haye is #3. He beat Dereck in better fashion than anyone and he lasted 12 rounds with Wlad.

Povetkin has a good resume. He was brought up much faster than most fighter are today. A LOT faster. Byrd, Chambers, Brock were all good wins at that time. Especially Chambers. Then a good fight against Haye's mandatory Chagaev, who only lost to Wlad at that time.
Povetkin has only two minuses right now. Barely "won" against Huck and the ducking against Wlad. But I think that he will fight him next year. We'll see

Huck clearly lost to lebedev and that was a robbery, fight with Povetkin was close ,but I think Povetkin won .
