really dont wanna see this again - i wish i could say Floyd got bigger fish to fry but not enuf good opponents out there.

its a return bout and this is a rather tough one

Cotto did well the first time, maybe he and his trainer learned more Floyd is now a little older and was in jail

i think rematches are good plus floyyd needed a come back fight and for a comeback this is a good opponent

i mean cotto thought he won...i bet floyd doesnt like that

Floyd's never going to fight in MSG. It won't happen.

 

Floyd doesn't need a comeback fight. He fought in May. Him fighting twice a year would be more than he has in a while.


If this fight happens, it's everything that is wrong with boxing. And it takes what little high ground Floyd might have on Manny completely away (He already lost some by fighting Manny's "leftovers").


Cotto did pretty much as well as most expected - he won 2,3 rounds, and made for a decent fight.


There are other names out there for FLoyd right now much more worthy of a fight.

Only reason a Cotto(e) rematch is being justified by some is because of the high standards Floyd is held to. No one would want to see a rematch if it was any other fighter that won by securing 9-10 rounds. Just because Cotto(e) managed to win 2-3 rounds against Floyd people are acting like it was close enough to warrant a rematch.

 

i hope so. i'm going to nyc for this one!!! it makes all the sense in the world.

 

floyd did win decisively...but 9-10 rounds!? really? i had it 7-5 i could see 8-4....but not 10-2 or 9-3.

 

This is how you can sort the *****s, from just floyd fans. Floyd fans know this is a bull**** fight, and aren't afraid to call bull**** even against their guy. *****se are blinded for their love, and choked on the sweat from his sack, so will justify it.

Glad we're having this debate so I can sort them out proper.
