...he defeats his nearest challenger 8 rounds to 4 (Cotto), whereas Wladimir Klitschko beat his nearest challenger (Haye) by at least 10 rounds to 2.

I'm not a hater, I love both Floyd and Wlad, just curious why Floyd is considered #1 when you take this into acoount?

    Thanks

Vitali should be ranked higher than Wlad P4P.

    my top 3 has been:

    1. Money May
    2. Vit Klit
    3. Sergio Martinez

have had it that way for a while now.

I did. Mayweather is #1 and Wlad is maybe top 10. Vitali is just better.

But why is Mayweather number 1 when he is not as far ahead of the competition as Wlad?

Floyd is a multi division champion (130-154) and is still undefeated (43-0)... If you can't see why he's #1 P4P, You don't know **** about boxing.

Broner is also ahead of the pack @ 130, does that mean he should also be rated p4p? You god damn ******.

This is my theory on why the Bros don't warrant a place P4P

In a nut shell , competition , the competition they have faced all be it HW's , P4P would not last 2 minutes with the guys who " should and are " ranked in the top 10 P4P fighters in the world , yes there on a great run , yes they've cleared out a division for nearly a decade , but that division happened , happens to be full of chumps , nobody outside of HW in the P4P list gets a free pass , such is the level there fighting at , the Bros have had a free pass for the last 5 years

Better comp. Vitali outweighs his opponents by over 30 pounds sometimes, and he is much taller as well. One might argue that he wins more because of size than skill. Also, anyone who knows boxing can actually see that Mayweather is far more skilled.

Floyd is indeed a muti-division champion. But now he is at 154. The P4P rankings are about now, the present. Right now he is 154 or 147. And at this weight he is not as far ahead of the competition as Wlad is. Not even close.

I know you called me a ****** in the heat of the moment but I know you didn't mean it. I forgive you. :good

Does Wladimir have the variety Floyd Mayweather has in his boxing skill set , has he competed over 5 weight classes and won world titles in every one , has he faced and beat the " LEVEL OF COMPETITION " Floyd and the likes have over a sustained period of time ???? :yep
