I touched up on this earlier too. Cotto(e) has to be the 2nd most beloved fighter right behind Morales.

why not. first fight was great. floyd fought good, cotto had good rounds. well rounded good fight. rematch would be fun. imagine cotto wins again some rounds and when its time to shine he doesnt stop pressuring the action than he could even win, first fight showed that floyd is everything but unbeatable.

Mayweather isn't going to fight in NYC due to the high tax rate. He will fight in Vegas, Texas, or Florida and that is it. Now that he is making huge money he isn't going to fight in a State with a high tax rate....

Mayweather would toy with this guy. Better fight is Lara or Molina, or a rematch with Cotto.

I would MUCH rather see Mayweather-Cotto II than Mayweather-Guerrero. If this rematch does happen, it will fill the vacancy for the real world championship at jr. middleweight. I'm down!

as much as cotto was able to touch floyd in that fight...he should be glad they had tens on.

10oz gloves are what jr middleweights wear. it's 147 that has the option of wearing 8oz gloves.

Who the hell outside of ESB knows who Kirkland is?!?! There is nobody else out there,,,Pac fight wont happen, so unless Bradley gets the shot(easy fight for Floyd/Tim has some attention now) the rematch with Cotto is still very sell-able.

    true....but that's deflection.

u've NEVER seen floyd hit as much as cotto hit him.

u've NEVER seen floyd busted up the way cotto busted him up.

best believe floyd was embarrassed. it's the reason all those excuses came out. winners don't make excuses unless they feel their **** wasn't up to par. floyd admitted that was his toughest fight. his ego won't allow him to be happy with that victory. he's going to try and make it more decisive...especially because pac stopped cotto...and floyd couldn't.

word. i get the feeling the only reason ppl are opposed to this is because of the whole *******/***** thing.

cotto is thee most skilled fighter floyd has ever fought. he gave him his toughest fight. ppl need to put their emotions aside and settle in for the rematch because i believe it's happening. floyd doesn't have any other higher paying options out there. he's going to make the most money with cotto.

the ppl who think pac is relevant as an opponent need to give it up. they ain't fighting.
