How come Floyd Mayweather is considered P4P #1 when...

    Floyd's had the more proven competition and has been dominant for longer, and he is doing it undersized.

    Not to mention Floyd is skill for skill the best around right now.

    Wlad might be ahead of the competition, but he also normally over sizes his opponents, therefore cannot earn P4P recognition (this fully depends how you merit fighters in regard to P4P)

    Skill blah, blah. Man to man Wlad destroys anybody in the P4P list. Even worse, Wlad soundly beats any on that list in an IQ test.
