If ever there was a fighter who I couldn't see finding God,Manfredy was it.
And I had such high hopes for the Razor. My late friend and I used to anticipate the (six-eight weeks behind by time we got it:patsch) Ring to see if there was any news on him.
    There usually wasn't:-(
In those pre-internet days, boxing info from across the Atlantic was thin on the ground.
    These kids don't know they're born.:eek:ld

Saldivar has a case to be the Mexican GOAT in my opinion.

If Ruddock was around today he'd have a good chance of beating both Klits, especially Wlad. Ruddock was a beast

Luis Collazo is the most recent who comes to mind. He always just seemed looked over to me. He was a warrior. Berto should have a loss to him. And some would argue hatton should to.

Was Marvin Johnson ever underrated? He put on bloody and breathtaking fights against Galindez to win the WBA LHWT title once, Leslie Steward to win the WBA title twice and even when he lost the NABF and the WBC LHWT title against another great Matthew Saad Muhammad, were thrilling to the bones!

Carl Thompson's defeat of Rothman was a glorious moment and so typical of this unsung hero. If you don't know this guy check him out.

Artie Levine. The only man ever to flatten Sugar Ray Robinson, but robbed of the KO by a long count.

Would have been champ if it weren't for that stacked welter division in the 90s.

Carr was a notch above guys like Ortiz and Berto. No question he would've won a title belt or two in today's welterweight class.
