    I suppose there's nothing wrong with inserting any clause you want into a contract.... I mean, read anything about Scientology and their billion year deals :shock:

    It's up to the person signing it to check and put the red pen through it.

    Lots of contract clauses are unfair, be it the APR on car finance, you could argue that Allegedly (or whoever else) is offering a service and if the fighter accepts said service then so be it....
