    Silva manager likes third fight with Franklin, but GSP leading candidate for UFC champ.

    Silva goes down to 170?!?!?! WTF?!?!?! Lets see if GSP really wants this. :happy:happy

    Would be great to see it happen. I think Silva could drop to Welterweight but I'm not sure he'd be 100% come fight night. I wouldn't mind a catch weight here as I think it benefits both fighters rather than one and its not asking the other to kill himself making the weight either like most boxing catch weights.

    GSP won't beat CC, and isn't going to be the same.

    Dana and Silva both know Chris Weidman is a killa, and Anderson Silva won't fight another contender unless he has to. He is in twilight of his career, and I'm glad the champ has a say. I don't see any easy way out for Silva. Hendo could be pushed to the forefront, and The SF champ is solid.

    The SF champ is a few steps behind the current crop of UFC contenders. A don't think there's an mma fan alive that wouldn't welcome the gsp fight.

    Silva would destroy GSP, at any weight Silva would choose to fight at.

    It wouldn't even make it out of the first round.

    GSP has glass in his jaw and **** head defence against strikers he can't take down.

    gsp is probably the best wrestler in MMA but, yeah he won't stand a chance if he stands up to silva.

    Not sure about the glass jaw ****, but yes, I also think that Silva would destroy GSP at any weight. Of course I would watch it, but anything other than a Silva KO would surprise me. Silva is naturally bigger, and he's an ATG. I don't see what GSP can do apart from trying to take him down and keep him down for the duration of the fight. If that fails, it should be curtains.
