No, the 165 was from HBO, not from Martinez himself. He's only been 170 once, so it's hardly "as usual" either.

 

I don't remember there being a fight night weight from Martinez in that or the Macklin fight.

 

There wasn't for Martinez-Macklin, but there was for Martinez-Barker. Martinez was 165 and Barker was 168.
