unlike most people in the world, when he was spewing the hate for those few years admitted several years later that he was wrong and it was wrong to hate people based on color. to admit he was wrong did more for him than beating up the monster foreman.

"to see the world the same at age 20 as you do at age 50 shows that you have wasted 30 years of your life"

It is wrong, but it's not as if he wasn't given a reason. It was more or less a stance and reaction to what was brought to him to begin with.

    :rofl:rofl

yeah um ok.....michael jordan and his team of chicago bulls.

no one was in the ring with Sonny Liston and George Foreman but Ali.

and michael jordan was a giant trash talker on the court and a gambler

Frazier is a classless dick, just as much as Ali was. When Frazier passed away the first thing I thought about was his answering machine

I think to some extent he is,even if he goes down as the greatest.. What helped he was the self proclaimed Greatest,Jackson declared he was the King of Pop,Stern the King of Radio, etc. Liston was ten years older than Ali,so not like he was in his prime..

if you watched the whole doc, frazier lives in a room over his gym, and ali had just sold 80% of his likeness for 50 million dollars to a marketing group.
yeah i would be a little bitter too

The way Philly treats Rocky compared to Frazier is an abomination.

nah liston wasnt in his prime at age 31 , and an 8-1 favorite, having knocked out world champ patterson out in the first round and then again in the rematch in a round. he was definitely on the down slide

    liston age 29 corrected

Watched the whole Doc and loved Frazier up until that point. Ali fought and beat EVERYONE in his era. He even took his old sparring partner Holmes on. What did Joe do with his good sparring buddy Norton? They agreed to never fight :nut

Losing to Foreman badly, Ali, and not fighting Norton is a big stain of Frazier's record.
