Floyd and Pernell would not be defensive wizards back then..

Their Wizardry would soon be figured out and they'd be knocked out..

    Alright then

    but I disagree

that punch was right behind the ear and for some reason when that happens amir he is through

other fighter take that all the time, gets their ear drum busted and still go on

They would dominate, because the closest thing to slick back then, was SRL, And he isnt slick enough Im afraid. There were MANY great defensive fighters in boxing, but Floyd and Pernell where the FIRST of their kind. Back then SRL thought he was the slickest, he would be jawdropped, if Pernell was fighting back then, and Pernell is NO Floyd, Floyd is WAY tougher, better counterpuncher, better thinker. BETTER YET, If FLOYD was fighting back them, SRL WOULDNT BE ANYTHING. Cant hit what u cant touch.

Question: how do you think Zab Judah, Carlos Baldomir, 34-year old Oscar De La Hoya, 38-year old Shane Mosley, and 28 year old Hatton fare against the Hearns that fought Ray Leonard?

Floyd will be. No doubt. He has never been beaten and KO'd.

Probably Klitschko will be remembered as the greater champion because he has ruled one division for a long time. But Mayweather should and will be remembered as the greater fighter, because he was.

By this logic, Floyd will also be remembered as a greater champion than Sugar Ray Leonard, Roberto Duran and Thomas Hearns then. "Fail".

This is probably the worst post I've ever read on here.

So much fail in only a few lines.

Both Whitaker and Leonard are vastly superior to Floyd Jr, obviously.

And there have been MANY MANY superslick defensive operators way before Floyd and Pernell you idiot.

Why make these comments when you don't even know what you are talking about???
