    Undefeated Cotto
    Acelino Freitas
    Joel Casamayor
    Manny Pacquiao
    Antonio Margarito

You can argue until the sun comes up about who was at fault for the fights not getting made, but it's worth debating how much it takes away from his legacy.

Does it matter in the end?

Doesn't ****ing matter. Margarito is a ****ing cheat.
    Undefeated Cotto DODGED Mayweather
    Casamayor.. real...
    Freitas... meh
Manny Pacquiao.. really? Arum and Pac don't want none of Floyd bro.

For ****'s sakes dude, most boxing analysts have him 12-15 atm.

Like I already mentioned, I'm not interested in who ducked who or whatever.

Does the lack of those names, being his contemporaries, hurt his standing? Simple question.

It matters! simply put this will be brought up each & every discussion involving Mayweather's resume.

    Hindsight can suck a dick.

Take Roy's resume for example, same ****.
(& yes names are always brought up now & then)

So how can it hurt his resume if Floyds the one being ducked... He couldn't do anything about it.

    So no

this is a ****ing good topic worth discussion. has any ATG ever not faced their ATG partner like Pac and floyd have?
BOTH deserve blacklists from any ATG discussion imo

    Just wanted to add...
IT Don't change Floyd's standing just adds a bit of a smudge.

Bad example... Cause people will say Floyd did the same to De La Hoya.

There should be an in between option because I dont think its hurting his legacy ALOT... but if he fought those guys and beat them convincingly it would boost his legacy a whole lot more than it is right now.

But Ray DID fight his rival in Hagler...
That's the difference with SRL & Floyd.
(Chances are we never see A PAC fight, regardless of why)
