Your weight division, is it your favourite?

Just wondering if anyone else finds the division you would fight at if your were a pro boxer to be the most interesting.

 

Not really.

Usually the division who has the most talent depth is my fav one.

i weigh around 165 now, but i'm comfortable weighing from 160 to 175.

 

At my current weight I would be a light welterweight which was one of the most interesting a couple of years ago, but now it's not.

However I do think my weight would be a bit lower if I was a professional boxer as I would be in top shape and looking for every advantage and with my height being only 5,7 I wouldn't have any advantage at LWW so would be forced to go down.

And as I find the super middle weight division the most interesting I wouldn't be any where near it.

My fight weight was around 60 Kilos mark. Always loved this area in all combat sports. A good mix of power, skill and fitness in and around 60 kilos.

Shamefully, I can go between 135lbs, and 154lbs. Probably 160 at a push.


My favourite weight right now, is 154. No stand out dominant star, but plenty of very good fighters.

 

Yeah back in 2000 I was 126 walking around but probably couldn't cut weight more than a few pounds. Now I am 35 and about 144 and I cant see fighting below 135. Love that range, moving up with pac. Would not survive as an amatuer welter I don't think. Never fought above 130

 

Im around 118-126 and super bantamweight is probably my favourite division, so I'd say yes :good
