The Uzbeki has his chin up in the ceiling.

2-2, I though the Uzbeki would have been up by 1 or 2

that right cross of mewoli is really nice.

NO dont just walk into him. nazarov does have the overall more poise and sharpness but mewolis 1-2 looks really good.

This Uzbeki is an example of someone who I don't mind holding his hands low because he does it for a reason and not just because he's sloppy. He's trying to invite Mewoli in to punch so that he can counter him, its working nicely too.

He's falling short a lot and getting countered with the left, perhaps relying on the right a little too much.

I think the scoring is following a similar pattern in all the fights: Close first round with not so many scoring shots, in the second one of the fighters takes a bigger lead, and in the third the leader always gets most points no matter how the round looks.

Is it just me? I haven't been analyzing the fights. It's only something that just occured to me.

oh yeah he is limited but it's a bit more thrilling.
there is that point when the uzbek slips just a quarter second too slow and that right hand just glides by. i had the feeling it might just catch him.

This my pick for "Pro" of the class.
Let's see how he does, Go Ramirez!

I liked the look of Ramirez a lot. This guy has a lot of potential.

Gaibnazarov will fight Ramirez if he wins next which will make for a interesting match. Gaibnazarov has quick feet, good lateral movement and if he's allowed to dictate the range with his boxing and counter punching he's hard to deal with. Ramirez will have to swarm him which he's very well suited to do but the Uzbek has good hanspeed and combinations too so there should be lots of good exchanges. Ramirez's strength may be the deciding factor.

I bet getting up for a fight Vs. a US fighter is easy to do.
(Kinda like getting up for the Lakers or those ****en Yanks)

I really like Ramirez's style. Hands up high, pumping the jab, throwing nice 1-2s followed by crisp body shots. Good stuff.
