How much can skills overcome size weight class wise? Can Floyd beat a LHW Journeyman?

I am very curious as to how much 'size' can be overcome by pure skills. The pure skills of Floyd Mayweather. The World's best boxer.

It's not like we are asking Floyd to fight David Haye (Haye KO 20 seconds in)

All Floyd have to do is dance for 12 rounds.

I mean think about it like this. Roy Jones Jr prime at light heavyweight 175 vs a journeyman heavyweight.

 

Heavyweight is ******ed. That is beyond stupid. There is a big big difference
between a LHW Journeyman and a HW Journeyman.

A HW Journeyman would kill Floyd with one punch. A LHW is 175-185 (on fight night) Floyd can fight at an elite world class level at 154 even at 160.
