cant stand broner.......

It's not being a copy cat. It's emulating what's working. I praise him for his results but he's no Floyd. Not as athletic as Floyd and not as smart.

 

He lacks tact and he may need a good PR guy to show him how to attract the right kind of attention. I understand playing the Villian role but he's approach is amerturish....if your going to be a villian or if your going to be arrogant do it like Vic, Maidana or even Mayorga if your going to be arrogant do it like Froch and Floyd. Again ignorance is bliss and he will improve while he cultures himself through the years.

 

people hatin on a guy tryna get to the top the quickest way, if u got a job and u gotta lick your bosses ass to get somewhere u'd do it, if u have to come work early and leave work late to make a good impression u'd do it, he's just doin the same hes doin what he gotta do to get somewhere quickly and make alot of money quickly, i still dont like him tho lol

I don't find him very similar to Floyd at all. Similar to Floyd in that he riles up white people with his behavior? Similar in that they look dominant at lower weights? What the hell is specifically similar about the two? Broner is a hell of a lot more eloquent (even when he says dumb ****) than Floyd, no stuttering. He is much more entertaining.

Dumb post voicing my opinion. It is what it is, I don't think he needs any apologists. If you think he's marketing himself correctly then so be it, just because I don't agree its a dumb post?

If his antics impress you and make you tune in great....one thing I would agree with you on is the fact that I will tune in. My point goes beyond making money. What will become of him when he leaves the sport if he continues with the cheesy act he's pulling now, how will he be viewed when considered for the HOF. His swag needs help...this is just a NY state of mind speaking here.

The whole "haters are going to make him rich" is dumb as hell. Floyd was already rich before fighting Oscar.

What made him mega famous was not "haters" but his unreal training, his persona, 24/7, and his MEGA fights with Oscar and Hatton. Not people "hating on him" on a messageboard atsch

 

Who's to say he acts like that all the time or will act that why when he reitres??

Broner is pulling in a lot of viewers to weight classes that get hardly any love at all...and he's doing it with his PERSONALITY..

Naz was making 9 million dollars back in '98 as a featherweight. There was love for these divisions before Broner.
