    No.

Classic case of getting caught up in the hype. Sure he's fought some great fighters but he's very young. Sure he can get better, but he can also lose. Calzaghe defended his title 20 times or some ****, and never lost. He stepped up a weight class to win that title as well.

Andre Ward looks to be a GREAT fighter, but he still has a ways to go.

This makes Ward's best win, Kessler, his second best win. Kessler is easily Joe's best win.

Froch, at the time Ward fought him, is of a higher quality than anybody left on Joe Cal's resume when you consider how old/shot Jones and Hopkins were.

    So Dawson/Kessler/Froch >>>> Kessler/Shot RJJ/Old Hopkins.

Kessler is not Joe's best wins, that would be Hopkins.

Well, Calzaghe's win over a younger Hopkins is probably better but then a lot of boxing fans (incl. me) didn't have Calzaghe ahead in that fight.

It will make his resume better IMO, but I still wouldn't rate him above Calzaghe.

He already surpasses Calzaghe for winning the supersix. Hell you can argue that Froch surpasses Calzaghe too.
