Yeah but 1 or 2 fights doesn't make a career. I probably should have put this in classic forum.

    Mods?

Btw man, How would you see a 34 year old Barrera against a young gun like Diaz at 135? How bout Garcia or a hard puncher like Marco at 140?

Did you see Barrera in his last fight? He looked awful, against some jersey shore lookin' ass who most likely also had AIDS. It was damned sad to watch. Barrera became too much of a passive boxer later on in his career and I think guys like Dani/Diaz/Garcia would eventually wear him down. He had a lot of wear on him even by the Marquez bout.

    Furthermore:
Barrera/Morales already had long careers before Marquez ever came on to the world scene, I'm guessing he is getting the most love because he is freshest in their memory (wins over Diaz, Pac, and Katsidis) of the internet age.

The internet was hardly running when Morales/Barrera had their first epic war. Goes to show just how long in the tooth they were at the time, with around 90 fights between them. Some brutal wars as well.

People also seem to forget that Barrera was getting his $h!t pushed in against the great Rocky Juarez.

Thats what I mean, he got really passive aggressive later on trying to be all boxer-like, and other stronger guys would just outwork him, and his chin is not Morales' chin.

I still agree with your order, but Barrera is my favorite of the 3.

You could see some shades of both Chavez and Sanchez in him. :good

was really really tough but i chose no. As you can see by my Avy, i'm a massive MAB fan and i think he clearly won 2 of the trilogy against Morrales.

These 3 could be in any order and i wouldn't argue. 3 excellent fighters

Barrera was the most badass of the three as well IMO.

Yes, i know Morales is a badass himself, but Barrera truley didn't give a ****. :deal

Him immedietly smacking Hamed upside the head after Naz punches him during the break was one of the most badass things anyone has done. :happy

    No kidding, man.

Dude, I remember first time watching that fight, when Barrera was walking towards the ring..That face he had..That expression he had on his face was probably the most intense and badass i have ever seen of him.
