My Cousin was Arrested Last year After his Baby Mother Claimed he Choked her out in the Laundry Mat.. They Filed a Order of Protection and everything, 2 Months before the trail My Aunt got a Lawyer For him and Luckily they got the Tape from the Laundry Mat that showed She was the One that Jumped on him and beat the **** out of him!!!!
I had a Convo with my cousin wen he first got served with papers and he said it's his word against her's he don't want to go to trail because he wont Win!(he was going to Plead Guilty)! Even After the D.A's saw the tape they still tried to put him in Jail for Domestic Violence!! But the Judge Threw the Case out!!! I'm Just saying Unless you were there STFU!!!!!

The ***** Said Tyson Raped her How many people Really believed Tyson did it??even tho he was found Guilty..

 

So now you defending the 3 time convicted woman beater? you said it yourself you were not there and I was not there so how do you know why he plead guilty?

Cus he said so? well he also said all of this was lies if its lies why plea guilty?
The reason he took that deal is not cus he didnt want to put his kids through this, its because he knows his kids made a statement to the police, and that in trial his own kids will be called to the stand, and that would do more harm than good for his case.

we do not know, statistics show that woman in an abusive relationship especially with kids, often protect their abusers.
