Why would Floyds kids lie to the police? in fact as I asked before why would they run out in the middle of the night to get security?:think
The cops interview the kids and get them to say ****,now if that is the case of the kids testimony, why did he have custody after the incident, the answer it was a b.s. phone call... In this day and age if a fighter or celeb beats on a women that pic will be on the web in days,it's not like back in the day where Ali could hit women and get away with it,it's open season.. The number 1 or 2 fighter hitting a 130 pound women, and there is no evidence?? Even if he pushed her away she can still file for assault because he is a fighter, the media ran with the story, made false accusations and everyone jumped on it..
Son as a Black American Male I learn growing up!!!!! If a Woman call the Cops on u 99% of the time you will get locked up!!! And you will lose the Trail 80% of the time
He did not have custody after the incident, in fact she got sole custody and a restraining order against him:deal he has visitation rights not sure if they are monitored or not but he did not get custody, go find a source to prove he got custody of his kids after this **** went down you wont find it
Bazooka:Here is the Justice System for African American men! A woman who claimed that she was raped by a star high school football player -- sending him to prison for five years -- is not likely to be charged with making a false accusation, prosecutors said. In the summer of 2002, Wanette Gibson accused Brian Banks, now 26, of ****. The two were students at Long Beach Poly High School. Rather than take the he-said-she-said case to trial and risk a 41-years-to-life prison sentence, Banks pleaded no contest to forcible ****, spent five years in prison and, after his release, was forced to register as a sex offender and wear an electronic monitoring bracelet. "It's been a struggle, it's been a nightmare," he said. "It's more than I can describe, the things that I've been through." Banks was considered a top college football prospect. A 6-foot-4, 225-pound middle linebacker, he had been courted by USC, UCLA and other football powerhouses, he said. He asked the California Innocence Project for help, but with no new evidence there was little the organization could do. Then, last year, the woman sent him a friend request on Facebook. She felt guilty that he had lost out on going to college and playing football and had "a desire to make amends," Banks' attorneys said in court documents. When Banks heard from her, he recalled, "I stopped what I was doing and got down on my knees and prayed to God to help me play my cards right." She agreed to meet him and a private investigator. Their conversation was taped and Gibson said, "No, he did not **** me." That admission set off an extraordinary chain of events that culminated Thursday morning. A Los Angeles County Superior Court judge dismissed Banks' conviction, ending 10 years of turmoil in a hearing that lasted less than a minute. According to Banks and his private investigator, Gibson refused to tell prosecutors that she had lied, so that she wouldn't have to return the $1.5-million settlement her family won in court after suing the Long Beach Unified School District. Her taped admission was enough for the California Innocence Project to take his case -– and for the judge to dismiss the conviction. Deputy Dist. Atty. Brentford Ferreira said prosecutors had no plans to charge Gibson, saying it would be a difficult case to prove. http://latimesblogs.latimes.com/lanow/2012/05/ex-football-player-accused-****-brian-banks.html I can Find Thousands of these Cases!! Bro...So Like I said unless you was there STFU!!!
So now your making this a black thing? or a race thing? if the cops are called on you for abuse or assault of any kind doesnt matter what color you are, if they have probable cause thats enough to be charged. again when your own kids make a police statement that back up and support what the victim has reported your guilty.
you cant compare this to Floyd, likely the man here didnt have priors Floyd does :deal so even if we say okay she lied once, what about twice and three times? I mean how many times does the man have to beat up a ***** for you to understand he has problems?
i am not african american and even i know that the legal system is not equal for black men in this country. jim crow is still alive. make no mistake about it.
did If he did it or Not its on his Record Bro!!!! WTF are you talking about?? learn how the ****ing system works!!! What happen these Prior Cases that he Hit her??? You really think that if Floyd was beating on his *****..and the FED Gov know about it they would let him off free??? Mother ****er even if she said she don't want to press Charges the FED's would Still Continue with the Case Bro...LEARN the American Justice System and Stop talking out your ass because ur looking like a ****ing Idiot.. "So if I get Stop 4 times for Suspicion of Drink Driving and I passed all 4 times" 10 year pass and I finally get arrested for Drunk Driving are u going to hold the prior 4 times against me even tho it showed that i wasn't drunk and I wasn't Prosecuted even tho i was Arrested????
Bazooka's illegal immigrant ass doesnt know **** about the system...they are catch and release programs and sactuary laws for scabs like him...
You just do not get it, Just because Floyd is a black man, with money and successful that does not mean he was framed. 3 different charges over a ten year time frame the man has a habit of getting rough with the ladies kid. I have no idea why your going through so much trouble trying to prove he is innocent when he is not, and do not tell me to learn how the system works I have spent 48 months in prison for selling cocaine. I spent most of my childhood in juvie. I know how the system works but i also know how criminals work as well. Everybody locked up is innocent :deal They just got the wrong guy, they framed me cus I am this race or that race, as a Latino who got busted in a redneck town believe me I know how the system works they will hang your ass out to dry, but you know what even though they did hang me out to dry, I know deep down, I was guilty and so does Floyd so does his children :deal
